Processing traumatic
            Birth Experience

and transforming and integrating

challenging births

When your birth is still living within you.
In the body. In the nervous system. In the womb space.

Birth is an initiation. A significant threshold moment in a woman’s life.

It can be powerful, beautiful, and pleasurable.

And at the same time, many women experience birth as wounding, overwhelming, or traumatic

– some marked by loss.

Birth continues to resonate. In the body. In the nervous system. In the womb space.
Sometimes loudly, sometimes quietly – over many years.
And it shapes the experience of motherhood, bonding, and self-perception.

This support is for women who have experienced a challenging or traumatic birth and sense
that this experience deserves conscious space – to be felt, held, and integrated.

Not to get lost in it again.
But to cultivate safety in the body, inner clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves and their womb space, pleasure, and sexuality – as well as to embody freedom, aliveness, and inner strength.

For women who wish to process their traumatic birth experience and to have their feelings held.
And for those who are ready to go deeper, to recognize and integrate the connections and belief patterns
that revealed themselves in and through birth.

Who is this support for?

This support is for women who have experienced a challenging, overwhelming, or traumatic birth –
regardless of whether the experience is recent or took place years ago.

This program is for you if…

  • you don’t find inner calm after birth or your body no longer feels safe

  • feelings such as fear, anger, sadness, emptiness, or guilt arise – even without a ‘specific reason’

  • you experienced a medicalized, intervention-heavy, or externally directed birth

  • you felt alone, powerless, or unheard during or after birth

  • you are pregnant again or wish to become pregnantand sense that the previous birth is still resonating and now wants to be consciously seen and integrated

  • you have experienced a loss (e.g. miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion)

  • you notice that birth is affecting bonding, intimacy, sexuality, or your sense of womanhood and motherhood

  • you sense that birth is a formative threshold moment and you are ready to integrate what revealed itself within it

For women who…

  • want to process their traumatic birth experience

  • are willing to consciously meet their feelings instead of suppressing or controlling them

  • wish to take responsibility for their inner space

  • want to anchor themselves back in their body

  • feel the desire not only to understand birth trauma, but to integrate it and embody their strength

A space where your body is heard
and what revealed itself in birth
is allowed to heal and be integrated.

My space & my way of support
somatic • emotional • soul-led

I work with the body as an intelligent system
that stores experiences and knows the way toward healing.

In this support, emotions are not a burden, but a source of strength and a gateway.

They show where something is held
and where aliveness wants to flow again.

Womb Healing after birth

A space for flow and working at the root
On one hand, it is a space where what has been experienced can be felt

and flow through the body, so that it can release instead of becoming stuck.

Here, awareness means meeting what is present –
recognizing it, accepting it, and softening into it.

In this support, we also look at where the root of the experience lies

– not only in the birth itself, but also where similar patterns

have formed earlier.

These can include:

  • early impressions and childhood experiences

  • your own birth

  • themes from the ancestral line and past lives

  • collective traumas

  • soul memory spaces

What is explored is guided by your nervous system, your body, and your inner readiness.

Expanding the nervous system
A central part of my work is not only to regulate the nervous system,
but also to expand it.

Not to perform more, but to be able to hold more:
feeling, closeness, intensity, aliveness.

Die Begleitung erfolgt traumasensibel, körperorientiert

und in dem Tempo, das dein System zulässt.

Testimonials

I've had so many painful lap issues for years. I have suppressed many things and it took me a long time to open up. From the very beginning, Marlu made me feel welcome and accepted as I am. She held a space for me in which I could be completely there. I was so surprised at how quickly the issues opened up in her presence. She gently and sensitively guided me into letting go, forgiveness and acceptance. Such a beautiful and valuable experience.
