processing birth
transforming and integrating
traumatic and distressing birth experiences
A distressing or traumatic birth continues
to have an effect – even after it is over
A somatic, emotional, and soul-led space
for women who want to consciously meet and integrate their birth
and process a traumatic or overwhelming experience –
in the body, the nervous system, and the womb space.

This support is for women who currently feel deeply burdened,
as well as for those who sense that their birth is not yet complete
and now wants to be consciously integrated.
Whether the experience is recent or took place years ago.
If your birth is still living within you
– in the body, the nervous system, or the womb space –
What is needed is not ‘more thinking’, but a safe space where what was experienced can be felt, held, and integrated.
This support helps you
-
stay present with your emotions instead of being overwhelmed by them
-
regulate and expand your nervous system to feel more safety, closeness, and aliveness again
-
integrate birth experiences, losses, and womb-related themes on a bodily level
-
recognize deeper connections – from your personal history, your lineage, or your energy system
-
reconnect with your body’s intelligence, intuition, pleasure, and inner strength
Not to ‘get rid of’ anything.
But to give space to what wants to be seen, felt, and loved –
so it doesn’t remain stuck in the body, but can transform.

What becomes possible through this work
-
Emotions are allowed to flow without overwhelming you –
you remain present, connected, and able to act. -
Your nervous system finds regulation and begins to expand:
more safety in the body, more capacity for closeness, intensity, and aliveness. -
The birth (and possible losses) find their place within you –
they no longer continue to work in the background. -
Your womb space becomes a place of sensation, power, and pleasure again, instead of tension, numbness, or withdrawal.
-
You recognize the roots of what revealed itself
(your own birth, sexuality, ancestry, early imprints)
and integrate them on a bodily level. -
From awareness, transformation arises:
accepting. loving. embodying.
More inner strength, clarity, and aliveness.
Who is this support for?
This support is for women who have experienced a distressinding, overwhelming, or traumatic birth –
regardless of whether the experience is recent or took place years ago.
This support is for you if…
-
you don’t find inner calm after birth or your body no longer feels safe
-
feelings such as fear, anger, sadness, emptiness, or guilt arise – even without a clear trigger
-
you experienced a medicalized, intervention-heavy, or externally directed birth, or felt unheard, alone, or powerless
-
you are pregnant again or wish to become pregnant
and sense that your previous birth is still resonating and needs integration -
you have experienced a loss
(e.g. miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion) -
you notice that birth is affecting bonding, intimacy, sexuality, or your sense of womanhood and motherhood
-
you sense that birth was a formative moment
and are ready to integrate what revealed itself within it
This support is a good fit for you if you…
-
want to meet your emotions with awareness
-
take responsibility for your inner space
-
wish to feel safe and alive in your body again
-
don’t just want to understand birth trauma,
but want to integrate it and embody it.

My space & my way of support
somatic • emotional • soul-led
I work with the body as an intelligent system
that stores experiences and knows the way toward healing.
In thiswork, emotions are not a burden, but a source of strength and a gateway.
They show where something is held
and where aliveness wants to flow again.

A space for flow and working at the root
This support offers a space where what has been experienced can be felt
and allowed to move through the body, so that it can release instead of becoming stuck.
Here, awareness means meeting what is present –
recognizing it, accepting it, and softening into it.
From this awareness, integration unfolds.
We don’t look only at the birth experience itself,
but also at where similar patterns may have formed earlier.
These can include:
-
early impressions and childhood experiences
-
your own birth
-
themes from the ancestral line and past lives
-
collective traumas
-
soul memory spaces
What is explored is guided by your nervous system, your body, and your inner readiness.
A central part of my work is not only to regulate the nervous system,
but also to expand it.
Not to perform more, but to be able to hold more:
feeling, closeness, intensity, aliveness.
This support is trauma-sensitive, body-oriented,
and offered at the pace your system allows.
