Doula- Birth Support
I support you during birth and in the postpartum period as a doula.
I deeply believe that a woman is capable of giving birth from her own strength –
that her body knows what to do.
It is often the small, subtle things, the details, the atmosphere, and the energy in the room
that can significantly influence the birth process.
How pregnancy and birth are experienced is deeply formative – for both mother and child.
These experiences continue to resonate: in the body, the nervous system, bonding, and a woman’s self-image.

Birth support
As a doula, I stand by your side during birth –
emotionally and practically, quietly or actively.
I hold the space for you, believe in you, pay attention to what strengthens you, and am there for whatever arises – without judgment, without pressure.
In practical terms, this means: I am present. I create the atmosphere, light candles, play music. I clean up blood, tidy, cook, and make tea. I massage you, hold your hand – and hold your emotional space.
Or I simply give you exactly the space you need in that moment.
I support you in the hospital or at home.

Postpartum support
The postpartum period is a sacred time.
A phase in which a woman is energetically wide open and arrives with her baby and in her (new) role as a mother.
It is an especially vulnerable time that needs protection, rest, and loving support.
During the postpartum period, I offer you not only contact and emotional holding, but also practical care: through sitz baths, teas, massages, and rituals.
I reflect on and process the birth with you, and provide somatic-emotional support when challenging moments arise.
While you care for your baby, I care for you.
