EFT - emotional freedom technique

Reduce sadness, frustration, rejection, anger, fear, being overwhelmed, etc. – within a few minutes.

When you feel a challenging emotion - sadness, frustration, rejection, anger, fear, overwhelm, etc. - tapping, rubbing or holding the EFT points on your body while focusing on the feeling can help reduce its intensity within a few minutes.

 

An intensive EFT process helps you to recognise the root of the emotion, dissolve it and replace it with positive beliefs and feelings.

 

EFT draws on the meridian system of Chinese medicine (but without needles!), modern epigenetics, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and several "traditional" psychotherapeutic methods.
